Experience

I have over 22 years of on-the-ground experience across manufacturing and consumer sectors. My work spans Asia-based sourcing execution, supplier vetting, cost optimization, product scale-up, and M&A execution and value-creation initiatives throughout the deal lifecycle, with particular emphasis on margin sustainability and operational resilience.

I previously served as China Liaison & Sourcing Manager for Keystone Capital, a Chicago-based private equity firm, where I led Asia-side sourcing, commercial diligence, and acquisition initiatives for numerous U.S.-based portfolio companies. My efforts drove cost reductions, revenue growth, and long-term supplier partnerships with Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Prior to Keystone, I worked with U.S.-based companies including Analogic and Eastman Kodak, supporting China localization, supplier transition, and manufacturing readiness for complex industrial and technology products.

I partner directly with deal teams to surface Asia-side risks early and translate sourcing execution into durable EBITDA improvement. My hands-on approach enables faster diligence, clearer cost visibility, and sustainable margin performance.

I hold a BBA in Marketing from Bohai University and am a Certified Logistics Engineer accredited by the China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing. I am also TÜV-certified as an Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
